Let's face it, you are limited by what your body can do. The more physically fit you are, the more activities in which you can participate and excel.
Master Wills will create a training discipline based on your personal needs. Our primary areas for this are strength and conditioning or self-defense, but can also be different disciplines if you prefer. Master Steve will train for 1-hour sessions once or twice per week at our Cottonwood dojo and/or can set up online sessions.
Sessions are available at a single, pair, or family price invoiced monthly.

2 classes per week - $160 per month

2 classes per week - $2000 per month
